I find I save time, money and it is harder to just grab something if I have a menue posted on the fridge. plus the kids stay out of my ingredients ;)Sandrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03761951935843784725noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6992446870845669635.post-34222182994009879792009-08-14T10:02:03.315-07:002009-08-14T10:02:03.315-07:00Woohooo!! I have a horrible time trying to keep up on it when I do it. I have a hard time drinking enough water, too, sometimes it's just hard to remember!Shaunahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10565310646552824797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6992446870845669635.post-16388864887125982982009-08-14T09:13:02.281-07:002009-08-14T09:13:02.281-07:00One thing I've done food log wise that really ...One thing I've done food log wise that really helped is found a friend to email my log to at the end of each day. I picked a friend who I hugely respect for her healthy lifestyle and found myself eating better because I knew she'd be checking up on me!Kimberly Vanderhorsthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01653757517652257445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6992446870845669635.post-36259043024307489932009-08-14T07:43:33.140-07:002009-08-14T07:43:33.140-07:00at fitday.com you can keep a food, exercise and we...at fitday.com you can keep a food, exercise and weight log. It's free, and a great way to see what your percentages are, then gauge how it affects your weight. You can also create a custom food so you can enter it in easier. For instance I have 2 fried eggs cooked in butter and olive oil every morning for breakfast, with reduced sugar ketchup. It's a pain to enter it one ingredient at a time, so I made a custom food and it therefore takes just a click to enter. Might be worth it if you're journaling your food anyway.Josihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10615874450489497826noreply@blogger.com
