I stuck to my "Free Ho...Well, Day 1 went well. I stuck to my "Free Hour" rule, and I also did a very low-key workout. It didn't involve any equipment, videos, gym passes, timers, or fanfare. I just stretched and did push-ups, crunches, leg lifts, and various other little on-the-floor exercises.<br /><br />It felt good.
