Has anyone heard of Sensa? It's a new weightloss supplement I picked up at Costco.
I've decided to try it, and I've been using it for a couple of days. I'll report back when I have a better idea of whether it is helping me or not.
I've also started working out again - Hooray! - and I'm trying to eat healthier in addition to using Sensa.
How is everyone else doing? Does anyone read this blog anymore??? :)

I'm a new follower so yes, I'm reading your blog. I've seen Sensa on television but I don't know anyone who has used it. I'll be interested in reading your experience with it.
I have done some investigation into Sensa and there have been some very bad reviews about their billing methods. There was more information about their scam to bill up front and not let you get out of the plan than if the product worked. It is very hard to tell if those praising the company were true endorsements or just put out by the company. Because of what I read, I would never consider buying this product. However, since you bought this product at Costco and not thru an ad on TV or the Internet, I would be curious as to what you thought of it and if you lost any weight as a result.
I've seen the commercial for Sensa, and wondered if it worked. They seem to go crazy with the shaker. I'd be interested to know what you find out, such as does it work.
Thanks for your responses.
I don't know if I'll be a good case study for y'all, though, because I don't know if I'm going to keep using it. I have continued to gain weight since starting using it, so as of yesterday, I'm trying something different. I'll write a blog post about it soon...
My mom told me my Grandmother tried it and it didn't work. I think the problem is most American's over eat so having something that tells us we are fuller faster doesn't really help as we ignore it anyway. But that is just my guess.
