2 oz. more than when I started back in August. And I don't feel bad about that at all considering I had foot surger the beginning of Dec., have been able to do very little actual exercise because of it, ate sugar and other assorted comfort foods at my mom's and weighed 5 lbs more than that this time last week.
Goal this week: be cognizant of the amount of water I drink each day and drink at least 64 oz each and every day.
I have a paper due and a final this week. Wish me luck!

Good Luck. I weighed in at 178.2 this morning so we are neck to neck. Lets keep it up! My goal for the week is water also. And I have a biology test and a paper this week. Are you sure you are not my double? :)
And my daughter plays soccer! So...
What say we have Tristi put our weight in the side bar along with hers?
Sounds good to me. I know asking for another 10 pound month isn't super realistic, but I hope for a five pound month in February.
Woohoo!! I'm so glad you were able to take off the five pounds, and that you're not chastising yourself that it's not more of a loss. You have been through a lot and you've been a trooper.
