Breakfast of Champions

Let's just say, that's not what I'm eating right now. I know it's terrible. I know it isn't good for me. I know it's not going to start my day off on a healthy foot. Nevertheless, it's what's for breakfast.

chocolate cake.

and cheese crackers.

I did have a bite of a baked apple, does that count for anything?

Let's see, the cake was probably made with flour, which comes from grain, and chocolate is made from cacao beans, which is a legume. Combine a grain and a legume and you have a protein. The cheese in the crackers would be dairy. The apple is a fruit. Sounds like a well-balanced meal to me.

Cake and crackers, not good. Better yet, combine the healthy fats of peanuts with the anti-oxidants in chocolate, and eat the perfect health food -- Peanut M-and-Ms! :)
