Well, admittedly I didn't really think much about my diet yesterday. Breakfast was...something. I can't remember, but I drank some Coke with it. Lunch was a bowl of cereal, so that's good. Dinner was macaroni and cheese, because that's what the kids wanted. And then I had some Oreos.
But, was all actually lost? How did I do on the excercise front? Well, I did walk all the way from the front door to the car door. So, pretty excellent.
Today's already going better--Coke Zero for breakfast! I should have my own health show.
