Day Three: Rationalization

Last night, at my writing critique group, I ate orange pecan cookies and chocolate zucchini bread. That counts as one fruit and one vegetable, right? RIGHT?

I do the same type of things. Zero will power when it comes to baked goods. Then I tell myself that I'll just exercise harder tomorrow, which I never do! How do other people do it?

I'm just a girl who can't say no.

Melissa,

If you make comments through the Melissa C. account that you have, you don't have to go through moderation because that's the account you used to be a member of the team, and team members don't have to be moderated. One of the perks. :)

Rob,

That only counts as fruits and vegetables if you send me the recipes.

Calories consumed at critique groups and book clubs don't count. ;o)
