I had birthday cake for breakfast yesterday

And then I spent the rest of the day at wedding festivities. So, all in all it was not a terribly dietific day.

However, I'm still quite pleased with my progress overall. I'm getting far better at portion control, and I've entirely cut out sugary drinks. Now I just need to start on the exercise portion of the competition.

Hey Rob, if you're looking for a lazy man's exercise plan, I have one for you. It's called couch to 5K. I would have sworn on a stack of bibles that I would never be a runner. I use to look at all other runners like they were freaks of nature. But this program starts out so ridiculously simple, that even I could do it. I think on the first day you run 60 seconds, and then stop for an hour and eat a bag of potato chips. I may be off a little, but that is the gist of it. There were only a few times when I felt like I couldn't do the next stretch, it usually was pretty easy.
